Alexandria Neurosurgical Office Staff

The doctors and employees would like to welcome you to the Alexandria Neurosurgical Clinic. Our friendly, courteous staff is here to serve you and answer any questions that you may have regarding the policies or procedures of the clinic.

Dr. Drerup's Staff

Dr. Drerup’s team consists of medical secretary Amy Tullos, Dana Tassin, LPN and physician assistant Katie Felder. Katie may be reached through Amy at extension 240.  Dana may be reached at extension 265. Either one can help you with appointments, messages and prescription refills.

Dr. Dowd's Staff

Dr. Dowd's team consists of Robert Harvey, PA-C and medical secretaries Jessica Driggers and Stacy Deville.  Robert may be reached through Stacy at extension 241 or Jessica at extension 266.  They can also help you with appointments, messages and prescription refills.

Dr. Downs' Staff

Dr. Downs' medical secretary is Laura Moore.  She may be reached at extension 239. She can help you with appointments, messages and prescription refills.

Insurance & Billing

Our financial department is represented in the front row by Gayle Murrell at extension 333 and Joy Tullos at extension 243.  The back row is made up of Linda Hoover at extension 242, Penny Allemand at extension 244 and Sissy Kile at extension 245. If you have any questions regarding insurance coverage, pre-certifications, account status or payment arrangements, one of these ladies will be glad to assist you.

Transcription

Our transcription department consists of Angela Mahfouz and Patsy Henry. Angela may be reached at extension 246, Patsy at extension 247.

Dr. Vaughn's Staff

Dr. Vaughn’s team consists of medical secretaries Michele Kreger, Summer Edwards and physician assistant Kevin Murphy, PA-C. Kevin may be reached through Summer at extension 237 or Michele at extension 238.  They can also help you with appointments, messages and prescription refills.

Receptionists

Your first contact with this office will be with Kate Cook, Robin Parker or Shirley Price. They will be happy to assist in directing your calls to the proper individual.

Medical Care Assistants

Jocelyn Wilkins, Kayla Lonidier, Aimee Davis, Jamie Cammack and Connie Monsour are our medical care assistants and may be reached at extension 259 or 260. You will likely meet one of them if you become a patient in our clinic. They will also assist in your post-op care and the application of braces, cervical collars and wrist splints.

Physical Therapy
